Producer and writer on several international award-winning short films, Cameron is currently working on a number of feature film and television projects. He set up Ko Lik films in 2004 with director/animator Neil Jack and between 2006 and 2008; they wrote, produced and directed two half-hour animations for BBC Scotland, (Haunted Hogmanay and Glendogie Bogey). They have recently developed an animated feature script, drama series and a children’s series for BBC Scotland and produced several adverts for different clients. Cameron is currently working mainly on feature films screenplays (including an animated feature film script with an Academy Award-winning producer). He is scheduled to direct a short ‘live action’ film in Berlin the summer of 2010 and hopes to be directing a low budget feature film early in 2011. Cameron, and writing partner Neil Jack, were recently selected for the inaugural year of The Story Works, a high-level screenwriting initiative, aimed at experienced UK screenwriters and backed by Skillset and the Edinburgh International Film Festival.
